Managing partner of Maxima Law Office, an attorney with more than 15 years practice in the field of Maritime and Commercial Law. In 1999 graduated from Odessa National University (Department of Economics and Law), in 2001 passed the Bar Examination, in 2002 passed the internship in the Boston office of ‘Leboeuf, Lamb, Green and MacRae’ Law Firm (USA).

7 years with the local correspondent for major P&I Clubs. Has a vast experience of conducting cases on the oil spills in territorial waters of Ukraine, collisions of ships, damage and shortage of the cargo during its carriage, collection of debts, crew’s personal injury cases. Maxim is a specialist on the ship arrests in Ukraine and abroad.
